Heather Minton

Heather started in the mortgage business in 2019 as a loan processor when her husband Ben opened his first retail mortgage branch. She learned many facets of the mortgage industry as a processor but because she wanted to be even more involved in the loan process, she became a licensed loan officer in January 2020. Over the past two and a half years, Heather has built a reputation for not only being knowledgeable about all types of government mortgage loans, but she’s also available to her clients and genuinely cares about seeing them become homeowners. Heather loves working with and connecting with all her clients, but she especially loves helping first-time homebuyers because educating them on the mortgage process is one of her favorite things to do. Heather believes that educating clients empowers them to make the best financial decisions and buying a home is definitely a huge investment. Heather has an outstanding work ethic and goes above and beyond to get loans closed as quickly as possible. 

​When she’s not working long hours, Heather likes to watch college football and is a big fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. She also likes traveling, reading about anything medically related, and spending time with her family.
